General Refund Conditions


  1. Due to the nature of the digital products sold, Noise Harmony does not offer a standard refund for purchased products unless there is an exceptional situation as mentioned below.

Refund in Exceptional Situations


  1. Refunds for purchased digital products may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

    • Non-delivery of the purchased product due to delivery system failure or other serious technical problems,

    • Receiving a defective product that prevents its use in accordance with the description.

  2. A customer interested in a refund in an exceptional situation is required to immediately contact the Store by sending an email to office (at) noiseharmony.com to discuss the details.

  3. The decision to grant a refund will be considered individually by the Store based on the presented facts and circumstances.


Final Provisions


  1. This refund policy is an integral part of the Store's regulations and is subject to the rules specified therein.

  2. Noise Harmony reserves the right to change the refund policy at any time, in compliance with applicable law.

  3. The customer is required to familiarize themselves with the refund policy before purchasing digital products in the Store.

  4. Any disputes arising from the application of this refund policy will be considered by the Store in accordance with applicable law.

  5. This refund policy takes effect from 5.04.2024.
