    • for the potential establishment, pursuit of claims or defense against them – the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in the protection of our rights;

    • for marketing purposes (ours and our partners), especially related to displaying behavioral advertising – the rules for processing personal data for marketing purposes.

If you place an order (purchase of goods or services) in the store, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:


  • to execute the placed order - the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR); in the case of data provided optionally, the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

In the store, we provide the possibility of contacting us using electronic contact forms. Using the form requires providing your personal data necessary for us to contact you and respond to your question. In the form, you can also provide other data to facilitate our contact or query handling. Providing data marked as mandatory is required to accept and handle the query, and failure to provide such data will result in our inability to service your query. We process your personal data when you visit our profiles conducted in social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Soundcloud). These data are processed solely in connection with the management of the profile, including to inform you about our activity and promote various kinds of events, services, and products. We may use remarketing techniques, allowing for matching advertising messages to your behavior in the store, which may give the impression that your personal data are used to track you, however, in practice, we do not pass any of your personal data to advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is enabled cookie support.


We may use a solution that examines user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior in the store. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator so that he does not know whom they concern. In particular, password entries and other personal data are not subject to recording.
