Hand-Wired Circuitry
The TS808 HW V2 features carefully hand-wired circuitry. This approach ensures optimal signal integrity, as each component is skillfully soldered to provide reliable connections and a clean signal path.
Premium Components
Central to this model is the JRC NJM4558 op-amp, essential for recreating the authentic, mid-focused overdrive of the original. Ibanez selected high-end MOGAMI OFC cables (AWG21), renowned for their oxygen-free copper construction, which contributes to better sound clarity by reducing interference and signal loss.

Increased Output and Frequency Range
This updated version includes a +6dB boost in the final stage of the circuit, providing a higher maximum output level for added volume and headroom. Additionally, the frequency range has been broadened to allow greater versatility, giving more tonal options while retaining the classic Tube Screamer character.
Classic and Intuitive Controls
The pedal retains its traditional controls: Overdrive, Tone, and Level. These allow players to shape the sound intuitively, keeping the Tube Screamer’s signature tonal control layout unchanged.
