To create a nice synth key sound in U-he Diva, use the Triple VCO. This module provides three oscillators that can be used to shape the basic sound of your synth keys.
Set the first oscillator to a Saw waveform. The Saw waveform provides a bright, harmonically rich sound that serves as a strong foundation for your synth keys.
Set the second oscillator to a Triangle waveform. The Triangle waveform is smoother and less aggressive, helping to balance the brightness of the Saw waveform and adding some warmth to the overall sound.
You can leave the third oscillator off.
Apply VCF Ladder filter to shape the tonal characteristics of your sound. Start by adjusting the cutoff frequency making the sound smoother.
Make sure to turn the FM knob on Osc1 to the right. Be cautious with the amount, as too much FM can make the sound too harsh or metallic.
On Envelope 1, adjust the attack to be very quick, giving your keys a sharp and immediate start. Add some decay to allow the sound to taper off slightly after the initial hit. Set the sustain level to maximum so that the sound remains steady as long as the key is held down. Optionally, you can adjust the release time to control how the sound fades out after you release the key.
Finally, add some reverb to give the sound extra depth and space
